End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Unfollower Tracker application for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Unfollower Tracker and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Unfollower Tracker.

4. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

5. Instagram Terms

This App uses Instagram's services. You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for any violations of Instagram's terms or any consequences resulting from such violations.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds for unused portions of subscriptions

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for a subscription.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOLLOWER PLUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unfollower Tracker from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

13. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease
• You must cease all use of the App
• You must delete the App from your device

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Unfollower Tracker regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements.

18. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
