1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Unfollower Tracker ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly). At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
4. Instagram Integration
This App integrates with Instagram to provide analytics and insights. You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using this App. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Instagram.
5. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitations
In no event shall Unfollower Tracker or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
